What we collect
When you submit a property you give us the address, property details, and your contact information. We also receive basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit on this site.
How we use it
Your information is used to evaluate the property, prepare an offer, and communicate with you about the submission. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with marketing lists.
Who sees it
Submissions are reviewed by our acquisitions team and, where needed, by our escrow, title, and legal partners for the purpose of completing a purchase. Service providers who host our systems access data only to operate them.
How long we keep it
Submitted property records are retained while a purchase is under consideration and for up to three years afterwards for record-keeping and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct, or delete the information you have given us, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Write to manuel@webuyrealestategroup.com and we will respond within thirty days.
