No. There are no listing fees, commissions, or closing costs charged to you as the seller. The number we offer is the number you receive, less only the standard escrow and title charges that apply to any sale.
No. We buy in current condition. If there is deferred maintenance, tenants in place, or a house full of belongings, that is factored into our offer rather than handed back to you as a repair request.
